Rochdale Autumn Style Magazine 2015
Another outstanding achievement.
The autumn edition of Rochdale Style Magazine hits the streets – you can also read it online via the link below.
This issue includes exclusive interviews with Bill Ward (Emmerdale), Dom Joly (Trigger Happy TV) and comedian Helen Lederer…
plus all our usual features including shopping, dining, motoring, sport, fashion, beauty, events and much more!
Emmerdale’s Bill Ward
Actor Bill Ward is currently on our screens playing James Barton in Emmerdale.
Bill is also a highly respected photographer, commended at the Landscape Photographer of the Year Awards in London, with his work featuring in national publications and advertising. Bill will be heading to Rochdale for the Literature & Ideas Festival on Sunday 25th October, where he’ll be talking about his life and art.
Comedian Dom Joly
Comedian Dom Joly shot to fame with his anarchic hidden-camera show ‘Trigger Happy TV’ and has since made television series for the BBC, Channel 5 and Sky 1 including This Is Dom Joly and Dom Joly’s Happy Hour.
His spoof autobiography, Look At Me, Look At Me was published in 2004. In 2009 he wrote his first travel book, The Dark Tourist, in which he holidayed in some of the world’s most unlikely destinations such as Chernobyl and North Korea.
His new book – Here Comes the Clown: A Stumble Through Show Business is a brilliantly bizarre and hilarious memoir from this audacious star..
Style Exclusive Helen Lederer
Helen Lederer is a very familiar face in the field of comedy, writing and acting… and also the person Dawn French calls ‘the funniest woman in England’.
Helen is probably best known for her role as dippy Catriona in Absolutely Fabulous.
She started out as part of a group of early 1980’s comedians:
Dawn French, Jennifer Saunders, the late Rik Mayall and Ben Elton who made their names at London’s Comedy Store.
